W.E.B.S Ltd provide a remote connection service which allows us to support technical issues and training requirements from our main office. As a general rule, our website systems are self explanatory and simple to use but we appreciate that business customers require additional support on occassions.
Remote Technical Support
Hourly Rate: £45.00 per hour with on-going charge billed every 15 minutes at £11.25
We are prepared to assist with the following situations
- Setting Up / Fixing Email Problems
- Setting Up / Fixing Browser Problems
- Setting Up / Fixing Firewall Problems
- Setting Up / Fixing Router Problems
- Setting Up / Fixing Network Problems (limited)
- Resolving Certain PC / MAC Conditions (Ask for details)

Remote Presentations
Without needing to load any software onto your computer(s), we can provide our existing customers and prospects with a window into our computer, so that we can demonstrate websites and software related use. By simply visiting a website, entering a unique user/pass, we can grant you temporary access to 'see what we see' enabling us to add visuals to our explanations when dealing with you on the phone.
