Summary of service provided

W.E.B.S Ltd will work with you to ascertain what you need for your site. We can either take finished artwork from you which is then converted into code for conversion into a website, or we can create mock-ups based on websites which you like the look of. Failing that, we can put forward proposals based on our own interpretation of your needs, using your logo/colour scheme. Once our mock-up artwork is approved, we begin compiling the website.

The website will be constructed professionally and will allow you to displays your text and images on-line to promote your message online.

What you need to do

You will send us images/text via CD in the post or you can use our yousendIT drop box to send via the internet. All text must be supplied in word/text file format.

Payment Terms

We require a 25% deposit to start the project and the remainder is due in full, before the website is set live. Payment is not due until you are happy with the finished project, but it is due before the website is activated for general public viewing. 

Project Monitoring

Throughout the project you will be able to access a 'development area' which allows you to see the progress of your website project. You are encouraged to view the stages of development so that any deviation from the project spec (from either side) can be identified quickly and resolved. 

Changes to specification during / after project

Additional extra's or changes can often be identified during a project. Basic text/image changes are covered within the main project costing, but if you require anything additional over and above the original project spec, this will be charged on a case by case basis, depending what it is you require. It is no problem to add additional features during or after the project has started. 

Maintenance

If you need to regularly change text and images on your website, choose the database driven option which will give you the tools to manage your site easily. Our entry level package will provide the same level of professional image, but can not be updated without direct FTP access which requires a working knowledge of HTML and editing files using an HTML editor e.g Dreamweaver.
